Why do my username and password get rejected?

Verify that you are using your proper dialup username, with @TurboUSA.com. For example: user@TurboUSA.com. There should be no spaces before or within your username. Ensure that you have typed in the correct password and that your "Caps Lock" key is not turned on and you have entered no spaces. Your password is case-sensitive.

If you are certain your username and password have been entered in correctly, then call Turbo USA at 1-800-91-TURBO (1-800-918-8726). There may be a problem with your account on our end, your account may be past due, or we may be experiencing network problems in your area.
